Biden calls on Congress to guarantee right to IVF nationwide

In the wake of an Alabama Supreme Court decision that found frozen embryos could be considered children under state law, President Biden called on Congress to guarantee the right to in vitro fertilization nationwide in his State of the Union speech. “To my friends across the aisle: Don’t keep families waiting any longer,” he said. “Guarantee the right to IVF nationwide.”
